Redesign and Improvements
Agrimonitor is an IDB platform that centralizes data related to agricultural policy support, agricultural productivity, food security, and nutrition.
Faced with the need to incorporate new thematic areas and improve the user experience, we worked on a full redesign of the platform to modernize its interface, integrate geospatial data, and optimize the exploration of complex information.

Product Strategy
The redesign included the addition of key new areas: food security, nutrition, and geospatial layers related to agricultural policies.
We reorganized the information architecture to enable exploration by country, theme, or timeline, and designed a new modular structure to support future content expansion.

UX Process
We began the project with an in-depth analysis of the existing platform, along with interviews with technical users and institutional stakeholders.
We identified critical issues in navigation, scattered information, and data presentation that was difficult to access—especially for non-specialist audiences. This led us toward a more intuitive, visual, and decision-oriented user experience.

UI Design
We created a modern, clean, and professional interface with a scalable visual system and interactive charts that allow for comparing indicators across countries and over time.
The design prioritizes data readability, adaptability to different devices, and interoperability with other platforms in the IDB ecosystem.
